I created a form...how do I access it?

You can view the list of your forms from the MyForms page (https://www.jotform.com/myforms/).

Click the form to select it then click "Edit Form" from the menu that will appear after clicking if you want to access it to edit it from the form builder page.

However, if you are referring to the link to the form you can get that from the MyForms page

or within the form builder page, under Publish also.
