PayPal element on my form is not functioning

Also, the PayPal element does not function at all. Please advise asap.

Are you referring to the PayPal script added to your JotForm titled "NHBP Tribal Water Workshop 2016 Registration"? I see that you have added the PayPal embed script directly to the Text field. Unfortunately, injecting any scripts to the text fields or JotForm are not supported due to security issues. If you need to collect payments using JotForm, you may add the PayPal from the payment fields.
