Forgot password not working

    Trying to login to change form, I forgot my password, and the "forgot password" form on the login page and nav bar are not working. Please advise. Thank you.

    This form ( is associated with a guest account (guest_62065767483061). It seems that you don't have a JotForm account which is why the password reset is not working.

    Please sign up for JotForm account so that you can fully manage your forms. The form should be transferred automatically to your registered account. If not, let us know so that we can manually transfer it.

    this is the form associated with my account but when i try to login in to my account now i am unable to do it.


    Tried forgot password so many times but it isnt working.

    I saw from our logs that reset password email was sent to your email address. I also noticed that your email was in our Bounce list so that's why you weren't receiving emails.

    Now the email is removed from your Bounce list so your emails will go through. If you are still not receiving emails please try initiating password reset email again.

    If the issue persists please let us know.
