    Jotform support teeam,

I have a button radio question in my form that is causing problems.  When a respondent gets to the end of the form, it will not let them submit because it says there are errors that need to be fixed and it points to a gender question (boy/girl), even when the respondent has chosen one or the other.  Also, when I look at submissions, some of the answers for that question appear as "false" and not boy or girl.

The form can be found here- https://form.jotform.com/BGCNewark/bgcnfall2016\

    Any insights would be helpful.

    Thank you!

I am not sure the exact cause of the problem, but there are indeed a lot of errors in your form.

Currently, you have around 350 conditions, there are actually errors on them, did you perhaps delete fields that are tied on conditions? If so, you will need to update all of your conditions associated with those fields. Here's an example case, the first conditions shows errors on it:

Aside from that, there are conditions that seems to be duplicate and do not have any fields selected in the "IF" statements, one example is the last conditions, they all look the same but when you edit them, you can see that the field on the "IF" statement is not anymore present, I presume it was also deleted?

The Button Radios widget which is the field for your "Gender" is associated with your conditions, which would explain why the inconsistent errors.

I strong suggest to update your form, remove the errors and see if the conditions are properly setup, please also do avoid duplicates or conflicting conditions.

Let us know if that works.
