hi we already change sender email address to Jessica@homefile.co but still shows Jotform...Could you check out our form...

Can you please indicate to what form you are speaking of. I have just reviewed the form CLIENT INTAKE FORM, which is was created in the account missjstanley. This form does have the email you indicated in the sender option.
If you are referring to another form, please let us know. We will be glad to take a look.
