Can I use JotForm to create a simple Guest List for a night club?

Hi!

I'm needing a guest list for a night club. It will have a Date field, a field asking whether it's a bach party or bday, how many guests, and an email address to respond to.

I'd like to be able to login and see the date, number of guests, name the reservation is under and be able to print it out for the front door men.

Can Jot do this?

Your requirement is achievable by using JotForm. You can create a free account with JotForm and then create a form by dragging and dropping the required fields in the form builder. 

Once you are done with building your JotForm, you can share the form URL to your users or embed the form on your web site. The submissions received for your form can be viewed from your JotForm account.

What would the backend look like? Ideally, i need that information (name, number of party, etc) to be printed on a form -- kinda like an excel sheet would display it via columns -- that would be handed out to the front door guys. I would only need it one day at a time.

Is the backend of Jot able to do that?
