I'm trying to use the Salesforce Integration with accounts. I'm having no luck.
Is it correct to link the "Full Name" field to the "Name" field on the Account object?
If not, what field(s) are to be linked to the "Full Name" field for this to work?
Thank you for your help!

You can practically map all the fields from your form into any field in SALESFORCE account. If you do not have a field called FULL NAME in SALESFORCE, it would be good to map it to a similar field like NAMES.
This is flexible so you can decide what field from the form will be mapped in SALESFORCE.

Thank you for your quick reply.
I have mapped the Full Name field to a "name" field in JotForm. It successfully ADDS a new Salesforce account.
I have also added an e-mail field and a JotForm Test Data field. I would like to have the JotForm update and existing Account.
My results show that when I enter an existing account name, it creates a new Account with the same account name + "empty" or a variation thereof. When I added the e-mail address (my thoughts were that it may use this field to check for duplicates), I am getting the same results of a new account created rather than an existing account being updated.
Please let me know what you think. Thank you again for your help, Anthony

It seems like the follow up concern you have regarding the updating of existing account entries is different from the original topic you have in this thread post, to better assist you, I have opened a separate thread for it.
