Thanks for replying to my post, but i cannot respond.... it just says 'please wait'
As from my previous post, I would like a member from "JotForm Support" to reactivate my account and then change the username to something else that I prefer.

I have now reactivated your account (sammieduong). If you've forgot your password, you can reset it using this email address (email@example.com). Please refer the first thread for the password reset guide. Thanks.
