    Form over quota
This form has exceeded its allocated quota.

This needs to be fixed so that my customers can send files to me.

You have reached the available space limit, which is 10GB. You may upgrade to a plan that best suites your file storage needs, or simply delete submissions that contain uploaded files in order to free up space.

Let us know if you need more help.

Where have I exceeded my available space limit?
These files upload to my dropbox.
I can delete them from my dropbox, but it is nowhere near full.
    Thanks,
    Mike Elder

    Hi Mike,

You have exceeded the upload space allocated for your current subscription plan.

You can check this in your account usage page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

To get an expanded upload storage allocation you can opt for the next higher plan.

No. Deleting the uploaded submissions in your Dropbox account will not have any effect on your account usage.

If you want to decrease the current upload space consumed already on your account, you will have to delete existing submissions with uploaded files in your form Submission data.

You can delete them in the View Submission panel.

Please take note that deleted submissions will be permanently gone and cannot be restored since we do not keep another copy of them.

So make sure you know which submissions you are deleting.

Let us know if still not clear.

    Thanks.

OK, it’s been 3 years. I do not know my username and password to go in and delete submissions.
When I go to the sight and click on Forgot Password and enter my email address, it says it is sending the reset information, but I never receive anything.
    Please help.
    Thanks,
    Mike Elder
