I can't change the email address which my form is sent to

 I click on edit, email sumission, but it leaves the place where I can edit the email address

To test your recipient email address, simply make an actual submission in your form.

That didn't work. Like I said, if I click on edit or anywhere in the edit area, the edit page leaves and goes back to my form.

I have updated it for you. Perhaps that is a browser specific issue. You seem to be using MS Edge. Please try editing the form using Chrome or Firefox.
