Once again, we're not receiving notifications of submitted forms. This is not good as we are missing prospect enquiries.
Can you please advise why this would be happening, and what we can do to avoid it in future?

I checked and e-mail notification has been set up properly. None of the recipient e-mails are in bounce list.However, When i looked e-mail logs, it seems that getting notification was failed as you said.
You may need to whitelist all of our IP addresses in your domain @thepractice.com.au. You can find detailed information at this guidance.
