How to send a pre-filled form to a client for their signature?

So that setup won't meet my use case.  We work work thru the form on behalf of the customer (meaning we fill out the fields with options the customer wants) and then we want to send them that pre-filled form for their review and digital signature.

I know how to pre-populate fields on a form, but each individual customer form needs to be pre-set by us before sending to customer for review and signature.

Is there a way to do this?

I believe that for your setup, all we need to do is to send the user an autoresponder with an Edit Link. When they click the edit link, they will be redirected to the pre-filled form so they can review the previous data and sign it. Then all they need to do is submit the form again.

You can follow this guide on how to add an edit link on the autoresponder: How to Let Users Update Their Form Submissions at a Later Date.

Here's a demo form so you can see it in action: https://form.jotform.com/62281782822964

Just fill in the form with your email address (without signing it) then submit. You will then:

-receive an autoresponder to your email address with an edit link

-click the link to open the pre-filled form and sign it

    -re-submit the form

If you need further assistance, please let us know.
    Regards.

It is working.  Going to have to adjust our backend process to deal with 2 submissions from the same email addy, but I'll figure that out.

For the Autoresponder emai, is there a way to adjust the verbiage "Edit Submission" when they receive the email?  I would like to change it to My Vaydor Build.

I am glad to know that it is working for you. To adjust the verbiage for the Edit Submission, simply follow our guide here: How to Change the Text of the Edit Link in Your Email Alerts.
Feel free to contact us again if you need further assistance.
    Regards.

Last part.. we have an image in the top of the form.  When customer hits print button, it prints form like it is displayed on website.  That image is also displayed in the Autoresponder email.  Is there a way to get it to also display in the .pdf that is generated when the form is submitted?

Since your latest concern is not related to the topic on this thread, I have moved your question to a new one. You can check the thread by following this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/908228. Cheers.

Chriistian, is there any that when clicking on the 'edit submission' link, you can direct the customer to the 2nd page of the form. We complete the back details but we want the customer not to see this but rather be moved onto the area that they need to complete i. Page 2 onwards. Is this possible?
