Creating a log in and a registration form

    Dear JotForm Team,

Is there an option in the JotForm to create a Log In page, that a customer could register with some basic information, and then have a separate Registration Form for classes (in our case parents registering children for courses, and same parents could register more children, or same child for more than one course, or same child for another semester..).

Thus parents would register themselves and children's basic info one time, log in, and then register only for sepcific classes.

Is something like that available in Jot Form? How could we create something like this?

Right now we created only a website registration form, but we are thinking for the future is possible to go with the Login Page.

Thank you very much in advance,

Sorry to inform you that we don't have a membership function here in JotForm. You can create a registration form that has Configurable List widget where they can add more data by clicking the add more button. Please do check this demo form. Here's a helpful guide: How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget

You can also allow the registrant to edit their submissions if needed, here's a guide: How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
