We have been using Jot Form for some time and as of around 4pm yesterday we are no longer getting email notifications when a form is sent from a customer. Please advise.

I checked our email logs for the address in your form and it looks like the emails are being sent successfully from our end. Check your spam/junkmail folders to see if they are being filtered there.
If they are not, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
