How to transfer a template to another user?

I have recently taken over a committee and the application form is through JotForm. The form was created by another user.  How do we transfer the form between users?

In your case, the ownership of the form (http://form.jotform.us/form/30444755697162) is on the account username governmentality, if you want to transfer ownership including the data, option #1 or #3 would be applicable for you. 

Please note that if you will be going for option #1, you need to login to the account username governmentality to make the transfer request. 

Please also note that when a form is transferred or moved to a different account, the current custom URL used on that form will no longer be valid, the new owner needs to recreate the custom URL. The reason is that the custom URL uses the username of the account where it is stored, if it is moved to a different account, then the URL that bears the username of the old account will no longer be valid.
