Hello! We did some testing with the encrypt functionality on one of our forms. In the process, we got 12 form submissions. We then turned off form encryption. The 12 submissions are still showing encrypted data, but there is not prompt for the jotform.key file. Essentially, I am not seeing a way to decrypt these submissions. We still have the key file.

    Any ideas?

The jotform.key file is saved in your browser after you have uploaded it for the first time. However, it is also cleared once clear your browser's cache and cookies. If you have turned off the form encryption, you will not be able to decrypt the data. We suggest to turn on the encryption again, go to your form submissions page and upload your key file to decrypt the existing submissions data.
