I have a MySQL database on a Dreamhost server. Can I make forms with JotForm that will add, update or modify my database tables?

Thank for contacting us with this inquiry. While there is no direct solution available at the moment, it is possible to indirectly integrate your JotForm form submissions into your Mysql database in a number of ways:
A) Use the Send Form Post Data feature to add the data to your database indirectly. You will need to write some PHP (or other programming language) server side code to insert the data to your database.
B) Export your form submissions into an Excel/CSV File and import it into your database. For instructions on how to export submissions in JotForm, please click here.
C) Purchase the JotForm Application License. This way you can have complete control over your data. You can also customize the source code according to your needs.
We hope you find this information useful. Feel free to contact us for any clarification or assistance
