Facebook tab: I want to hide certain tabs from being visible on Facebook page

I have integrated the jotform app on our facebook page and every form that is currently active shows up on the facebook tab. I am wanting to create a few forms that for our internal company use only. Is there any way to hide certain forms from showing up on our facebook tab?
