I have an individual trying to submit a form. She says everything is completed and when she hits submit the Thank You page shows up, but we have not received an updated submission on our end. Any ideas?

Have you checked your spam folder? Our mail logs shows that submission are being successfully sent:
In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.
