Why has my free account been disabled?

    I haven't hit any of the limits. I'm not even close. I think I've had 10 submissions over 2 months.

    This is because your account had gone over its form view limit.

    For a Free/Starter account, you have a total of 1,000 form-views per month. And as shown in the image above, you already have 1315 form-views.
