JotForm footer: Ability to customize the footer displayed on the forms

We have been paying customers of Jotform for a long time and even stayed after they implemented this "form view" limit which is frustrating. To remove it we have added a Jotform footer to the bottom of our forms. I could understand if it was a little circle logo like on the emails that go out, or if it was a full text link that says "Made with Jotform make your own..." blah blah blah.

However, this footer is absurdly huge and obnoxious. Take a look at one of our sites and tell us what you think. http://bellavistagroup.com/ It kills the look of websites and makes it look unprofessional. With it being as massive as it is, it doesn't even fit into small areas. I wonder how it would look if this site were on a phone??

More samples in case you are thinking that "looks acceptable": https://usstore.mentholatum.com/ http://wesolvesalesproblems.com/

We will be leaving Jotform if you do not make this less obnoxious. I certainly don't mind using your logo and helping support Jotform as we love the system but now we are getting calls from clients asking for it to be removed. The jump in price we will only be paying for "form views" as we aren't near the limits on submissions or forms and the amount needed is a large jump and we cannot pass that cost onto our customer.

It is very bait-and-switch that you implemented this system all of a sudden to begin with. Please be fair. There is no reason the footer link needs to be that obnoxious and huge.

If you are not a Jotform support specialist please +1 this if you agree. I don't know what the typical use-case is for Jotforms but our company uses them as contact forms and call to action forms on a variety of websites that we build. The system is great and once we whitelisted the IPs from Jotform years back, we've never had a problem with it. I think only one service outage in almost 5 years time. I don't know if other web companies are their desired use-case scenario?

I understand. I see what you mean by checking the web pages provided. The form views have been introduced due to increased cost of maintenance of server bandwidths, storage spaces, etc. I believe you may have already gone through our guide Form-View-Limits-What-is-it-all-about

Let me forward your feedback to our backend team to see if the footer can be customized. If there is any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.

Somehow, your response is not posted here. However, the request is already been forwarded to our backend team and added to our wish list. You'll be posted on this thread if we have any update in this regard.

    Thanks!
