I am not getting emails when submission are sent in.
I use to but they stopped

I have checked and email address that is set as recipient email address, inside of email Notification of the form you provided is in the bounce list. Our system gave following result:
email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from aim.com is NOT
I have now removed it from the bounce list and it should be working fine now.

Also you should contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
Please test your form and check if you are receiving submissions now.
