I have changed my hosting service. The Submit button will be pointing at my old server. How do I check and change what happens when the user clicks submit? A screenshot of the error message the user gets is attached

Your submit button redirects you to external link that is your old server. If you change external link from Thank You settings I think this will solve your problem.
