Decision tree

Can your forms support a decision tree - based on an initial question and its answer - maybe yes or no or a drop down box  - one set of questions for one option, another set of questions for the other? etc.

I am trying to understand my options with this product - vs others.

    Thank you very much.

So I guess the answer is no? Is there a way to make suggestions or is this something you can do for me?

I am a user, not a support staff. On another form builder thet have this decision tree in "relevance" or "skip" using yes/no radio buttons but I haven't figured out a similar way to do a tree in JotForms.

    Thank you for contacting us.

Let me please inform you that it is possible to use Conditional Logic on Forms to show needed fields based on different options.

Please give it a try, and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help you.

    Hello Michael

Here I leave you an example on how conditional logics, suggested by my colleague above , would work for a conditional tree.

The example below was made using check boxes , but it will ilustrate what you need to accomplish

If user selects the second conditions "I will help with suggestions on this service", then the Suggestion Box will appear

Hope you find this helpful to make your decision tree

    Jeanette

It looks great – I will give it a try – maybe post this on your site? For others?
