    Hi there my form is working perfectly however I am not getting email notification ? I have added it in the edit function but still no joy

    Hi,

    We apologise for the inconveniences caused by this issue. I have checked you email account and not on our bouncing list and have seen sent mails in our mail log list.

    It might be possible that your mail server's spam protection software rejects the email coming from our server because the sender email address does not match our servers' domain key.

    Kindly change your notification's sender name and email address to "JotForm" and "noreply@jotform.com" respectively.
