    Google Sheets integration consistently disconnecting

    Hello, I'm still not having luck with consistent Google Sheets integration.  I've had to reset it about 3 times per form and it still fails after the first or second day.  

    Any way to get it to work consistently?

    Though I am unable to reproduce this in my own forms, there have been a few reports of Google Sheets integration consistently disconnecting.  I will forward yours report to our developers along with the others to see what the cause may be. 

    We will let you know via this thread as soon as we have further information.

    Hi,
    There was an issue with the IPN server that was communicating with paypal after the payment had been made.  This has now been resolved and submissions including payments should now be sent to the spreadsheet via the google integration. If you wish to include the submissions that were completed during this down time you will have to reintegrate your form.  If you have made any changes inside your google spreadsheet make sure to back them up before reintegration as these will be overwritten by the submission data.
