Form Designer Styles: Radio Button 'Allow Other' option style doesn't match with applied styleAsked by tamsyn on August 16, 2016 at 05:37 PM
Hello again JotForm Team,
Hopefully this will be an easy fix: I have set the radio button style in my form, "Savings Incentive Program Application" (https://form.jotform.com/62186965418164), to the second default option in your Designer (bigger circles).
I have not applied any custom CSS that I am aware of to change the look of the radio buttons themselves.
However, the "Other" option does not conform to this style -- it looks like the simple default of a small square.
How can I fix this so it matches?
I have attached a screenshot so you can see where I'm talking about.
Thank you for contacting us.
It appears that 'Allow Other' inputs are not styled together with the Radio / Check Box options. Unfortunately, this is something that needs to be checked by our designers. I have raised a ticket regarding this issue.
There is no ETA for when it can be fixed, but we will let you know once we have any updates.
