Hello, if I try to upload a file in the "file upload" field from an iphone, it won't work. Pictures do get uploaded but videos don't. The form is in the following page: https://www.skatemag.com.ar/pages/publicar-foto-o-video?
(it's in spanish) the file uploader field is the one which says "Cargar archivo"
I also tried doing it from the jotform form window to see if it was a problem of the form embeded on my particular web page but the same happened so is not a problem of incompatibility.
I atacched some screen captures so you can see what happens.
Thanks

Unfortunately I do not have an iPhone to test the issue. However, I did try uploading a video using an iPhone emulator. Due to the limitation of the emulator, I was only able to upload a .MOV video, but the video was uploaded successfully.
Can you please try changing the extensions from (*) to "pdf, mp4, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, csv, txt, rtf, html, zip, mp3, wma, mpg, flv, avi, jpg, jpeg, png, gif" and see if that resolves the issue?
I would also suggest to set a maximum file size for your upload field. Currently the max file size of your upload field is set to 0. You can change this to 1048576 (1GB).
If the issue persists, please let us know.
