Dear JotForm Support team,
I created a job application that I wanted to be disabled on 8/11/16, 11:59pm PST. However applicants notified me that the application was unavailable at 10pm PST. What time zone is JotForm set in? When I re-open my application, is there an option to select the time zone I want the disabled time to be set to?

You can assign submission expiration limit to your form using the Submission Limit feature.
User guide: How-to-limit-submissions-in-a-form
In your case you can use the Disable on Date option.

What time zone is JotForm set in?
Our server is using EST time zone. You can refer to the user guide below on how you can change your account time settings.
