    Bounce list - again

    Hi

    Last day, I found that we did not get any email about formnotification. I found our email tilgangsskjema@rade.kommune.no i the bounce list. Removed it from the list, and everything was OK. But today I found our email adress in the bounce list again. 

    Is it possible for you to try to figure out why ?

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I checked the mentioned email and I see it was no longer in the bounce list. I assumed you had removed it already.

    Unfortunately since you had removed the email from bounce list already, I can no longer see the reason/caused for the latest occurence why it ended up in bounce list.

    But what you can do for now is to make sure settings and configurations of emails are streamline and optimize.

    You can follow the guide here for common resolution applied to avoid the email getting bounce listed.

    Adding JotForm IPs and email domains in your server whitelist should also help.
