Form builder keeps getting offline?

    I just spent the last 2 hours working on a form and your servers kept going offline.

    All of a sudden, all of my work disappeared!

    What is going on? If this document cannot be retrieved, I am going to be highly upset.

     

    Please advise if you can retrieve my document on your system.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a problem earlier at the back-end, but this is now fixed by our developers. Could you please try again? If the changes on your form were saved in our server but you are not seeing them now, you should be able to revert to an earlier state of your form by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-view-form-revision-history 

    Let us know if that works.
