I have a number widget (used as a password box) in second last page of the form together with a page break widget. I have set the Next page button on the page break widget to be invisible to users.
I will like to know if there is a way to make the Next page button visible once a user enters the correct passcode in the number widget.

This is possible with the use of "Skip to a Page" condition. If the condition is met, then when the user press the next button, it will go or jump to the assigned page based on the condition. Please refer to this detailed guide: How-to-Skip-Pages-Using-Conditional-Logic

I do not want to skip to a page.
Currently, I have a page which consists of a number widget and a page break widget. The Next button on the page break widget is not visible to the user at the moment as I have hide the Next button.
What I want to do is when the user enters the correct number inside the number widget, the Next button will become visible automatically and the user can then click on the Next button and proceed to the next page.

As I understand your question correctly. you want to show the next button based on the number field . To do that, I've added a default value for the number field as an example.
At that situation, your condition will work properly.
