We are using jotform and certain times dont receive emails from the system, we always send one to our clients and one to ourselves, however when the ones to ourselves arent received we think the client hasnt received theirs either...is there a way we can track these emails/deliveries? As we need this to work every time.

Could you please provide us the username of your account and the ID of your form that you're having an issue? On the other hand, your email address might be in bounce list. you can also remove your email address from bounce list on your side.
In addition to that, to prevent getting you email address back to the amazon suppression list, kindly add the following IP addresses to your mail server's whitelist
