Most of the forms that our customers filled in are not sent to the email adress linked to the form. How is that possible?

Your email address is in the bounce which is why you are not getting the email notifications.
I have removed it from the list now. You should be able to receive new notifications now since I can verify that it is configured properly. You may want to whitelist our mail servers and domain names, here's a guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses. Please do check this related guide as well.
