Wording on the forms

Hello, 

I noticed that the wording on the forms do not show on the emails when we get the alert. The only wording showing on the forms are the questions and answers. We need to print the forms as they are as we set up on Jotform. Can you please let me know how we can print the whole form?

Hi,

Do you mean you want the email notification to look like the form? The default format of the email notification will only contain questions and answers in table format. But the email notifications template are completely customizable and you can edit the HTML to look like your form. It might just take some time.

Instead of composing/customizing your email notification to look like your form, may I just mention the email notifications contain edit submission links which will redirect you to the form prepopulated with the answers by your users.
