I am not receiving email notifications

    Bom dia ... vários formularios foram preenchidos e não consigo receber no email que esta cadastrado???

    The email recipient in this form is not in the bounce list. I've checked the mail logs but I didn't find any logs.

    Please check your spam folders or junk mails. You may also want to whitelist our mail servers and domain names. It would probably help if you add our email (noreply@jotform.com) and (noreply@formresponse.com) to your Contact List.

    It seems that you opened another thread.

    The email address (produ***rlinks@hotmail.com) is in the bounce list. I already removed it so you should be able to get new notifications now.

    Please try whitelisting our mailservers and IP addresses. Here's a guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses. Please check this guide as well: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
