I want to pass form data from my first form to my second form

I have two forms created, when the first from is filled out i have it being sent to another group saying they have to fill out the second form, i want to pass data from the first form to the second form and was wondering how the best way would be to do this.

this from gets filled out then the contractor receives an email to complete the second form
