My Thank you email is not being shown right away after a user clicks submit

    Users are not seeing the "thank you" page this is supposed to show up as a confirmation that they have submitted successfully.  Can you let me know what I need to do? Thank you!

    The link seems to not want to open properly in the same frame.  Try changing the link to open in a new window instead:

    While editing the thank you page, highlight your link, then click on the link button.  Chance the target to "New Window" and the page should open correctly.
