My other authorized users are not getting email notifications when a form is submitted.

    I have added 3 other people as authorized users on my account.  I get email notifications when a submission happens, but my other users are not getting the email.  

     

    my user name is: aaronmoulton

    We are using the forms for our real estate and home building company.  My sales agents are filling out the forms and sending them to me.

    Adding users as sub-users does not include them in email notifications.  If you would like to send your notifications to multiple addresses, here is how to do so:
