Conditional Logic to Unrequire Field - But still prevents submission

    I have a conditional logic that unrequires address when status is set to guest

    When I select guest, the red asterick goes away

    But when i try to submit, it still give the 'field required" error

    I have tested your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. After that I have cloned your form and I was able to replicate it on my cloned form as well. I was able to resolve this issue by deleting address field and adding new one.  However if you do the same on your form, you will also delete all submitted data for address field. 

    Instead of that I would suggest you to edit your condition for address field. First unrequire address and set your condition like this.
