I can´t change the language of my template, when i try it and change the fields than i klick save and all is reset on the beginning????

I cloned your form to test it and the language settings appear to save without issue. The fields I translated, once saved, did retain the translations.
Are the translations still not saving on your end? Let us know and we will be happy to have another look. As far as I can tell though, translations should be working as expected.
