JotForm is not letting site visitors submit information, how do I fix it?

Instead of being directed to the thank you page, when you try to submit your information it says please wait and nothing happens. 

Please help

May we know if the form is embedded on a website? If it is, could you please share us the website page link? It is possible that there are script conflicts happening between your website's resources and of JotForm's form. You might need to re-embed using the iFrame embed code. 

I checked your account and I see there's one form titled "No On SB32", I filled out that form and was able to submit it successfully. Here's a screencast of it, you should also be able to see the test submission in your submissions page:
