I have created a new MailChimp list with sub groups (Jennifer T. Grainger Keeping in Touch - a sub group "15 point checklist") and want to change the integration with my form "Business Makeover 15 point checklist" to this new list/sub group, but when I attempt to edit the current integration form JotForm only offers the main list with no option to choose the sub group.
But in my newest form "3 step WDYD template" JotForm does offer integration with MailChimp groups. What do I need to do so the group I need to change so the "Business Makeover 15 point checklist" integration choice shows the new group?

I understand that you have created a new subgroup to change the group on your form and the new group is not displaying in the existing MailChimp integration. Is that correct?
If so, please try removing the MailChimp integration on the form and then try integrating it again so that it should be displaying the updated groups.
