    PayPal Form: Dropbox integration not working when payment submitted

    I have read the forum on this subject many times but I don't know if I'm missing something. I integrated 2 of my forms so far and have tried several times to test this by actually filling out a form and paying paypal, then later refunding myself. I tried my 9th and 10th MC form and when that didn't work I deleted the submissions. I just now tried my 11th and 12th MC form, filled it out and paid for it but it's not in Dropbox. I have not deleted it nor have I refunded myself yet, hoping it will show up in Dropbox. Have I missed a step?? I have plenty of storage available in Dropbox so I know it's not that.

    If I understand you correctly you've created a payment form with paypal but have also integrated the form with dropbox and your submissions are not arriving in your dropbox.

    May we know which two forms you've integrated with for this so we can investigate it more?

    So far, it's the 9th and 10th MC and the 11th and 12th MC forms as mentioned above.

    It appears that integrations are not triggered at this time when the PayPal payment is processed.

    We have attached a bug report ticket to this thread and forwarded it to our Development Team.

    We will let you know once we have any updates.

    Ok thank you. I have 7 different forms that have to go "live" on our website by September 1st so it would be a great help to me if it can be fixed by then to save me a lot of extra work. I will be getting over 100 forms and payments back until October 1st.

    We are sorry for the delay on this. The issue was fixed yesterday.

    New PayPal form entries should be forwarded to the Dropbox and other integrations without any issues.
