How can I create a form with an automated company name inserted?

I wanted to create a form for True Wealth Ventures that is in the following format: 

Thank you so much for telling us more about (insert company name).This is not one of the verticals we invest in, but we wish you the best of luck with (insert company name).

Therefore, we wanted to know how to automatically insert the respective company name, whether this is through a plugin or can be found in the form. 

Could you please provide us with a bit more information on your inquiry? Do you want to show the message on your live form, email, upon a form submission or in some other way? Any examples would be appreciated.
