I have a form that when submitted takes the post data and passes it along to a custom thank you page. It had been working as expected until today when we made some updates to how this works. There wasn't anything in the code that we changed except for where a stylesheet and unrelated script. I've commented out the unnecessary js in the footer.
The best way I can show you is providing a link to the form so you can test for yourself and the source code.

I continued to play around and found that the redirect from JotForm to post data has to 1. be in the same directory i.e. /my-form/ and 2. pointing to a specific file i.e. /thank-you.php
It works for me. We were hoping to have a clean URL without the php extension.

Thank you for taking the time updating us on the status. If I understand correctly now, it look like you had the issue resolved already.
Do let us know how we can be of further assistance.
