The link to the registration form I have is requesting the user to log in.  Shouldn't it lead to the actual registration form without them having to register an account?

I also have a bitly that does the same thing - leads to logging in as a jotform user.

I think you were giving them this URL https://www.jotform.com//?formID=62105037106139 which is actually the URL when in the Form Builder during design mode.

I just test your form and it was loading just fine.
