My forms are disabled

    When I was working on my forms, I realize suddenly that the form is not working any more. It is disabled, and I don't know why?

    Hello Mumy,

    Your "Clone of Approval Form" contains password field which is triggering the Phishing Filter because it violates the form Terms of Use. I removed that field from your form and activated your account. Your form is back online. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
