First: Can you tell me when there will be a way of sending the data encrypted to your servers here in Europe? Or is the data transfer always encrypted by default?

    Hello BenediktSahlmueller,

Yes it is possible to save your forms submission data in Europe data center and also have it encrypted as well:

To save the submission data in Europe data center: You can enable the "Europe Datacenter" option in your account setting >> Data page. Please check the screenshot below:

You can also enable the encryption of your form by checking "Encrypt Form Data" option of form's advanced preferences. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

Ashwin, thanks for your quick reply!
I used the encryption before. The problem here was: My form-logic (calculation) cant modify the thank-you message (redirect+e-mail) when the form is encrypted.

"The issue seems to be related to "Form Encryption" you have enabled in your form. Since the condition to change the thank you message is triggered after the form is submitted and you have form encryption enabled, the data of "Form Calculation" widget is also encrypted. This causes the condition to fail and default thank you message is displayed.

I am not sure if this is a bug but I am reporting it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

For now, I would suggest you to please disable "Form Encryption" in your form and that should solve your problem.

    Thank you!"

Maybe there was an update in the meantime?

    Hello BenediktSahlmueller,

Yes you are right. The condition to change thank you message or email won't trigger if the form is triggered. This issue is already reported in your following thread:  https://www.jotform.com/answers/901890-Condition-to-change-thank-you-message-not-triggered-if-the-form-is-encrypted-#7

    Thank you!
