    Purchase Order payment field: Is not closing jotform submit page when redirecting to "redirect webpage" set inside of Thank you page wizard

    My form works fine. But during tests I see the redirection to our own TY-url (http://hollandfintech.com/thankyou) doesn't work.

    Can you please find out why it doesn't go there. It directs to an totally blank page with an url as shown in attachment.

    The entries of the form lead to the correct notification and confirmation-mails however.

    I have cloned your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. 

    Please allow me some time to find the reason why is this happening.

    Considering that I was not able to replicate mentioned issue on my sample form I had to remove fields from my cloned form to find which field is causing mentioned issue. I found that Purchase Order field is causing it. I was only able to resolve it by removing Purchase Order filed from my form. 

    However on my end when form is submitted both pages are opened, blank submit page and your thank you page, so your users should be able to see your thank you page.

    Also form is submitted and you should receive email Notification. 

    I will escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

    Maybe I understood you incorrectly, so let me please try to get you. Does your answer mean I need to remove the Purchase Order field?

    Or did the 2 pages open on your end when you were testing a version with the Purchase order field?

    I cannot do that since I need that to create a basket which integrates to Freshbooks for invoicing purposes.

    Sorry if I did not explain correctly. What I meant to say is that issue can only be resolved if Purchase Order field is removed. However I would not suggest you to do that, because all your data for that field will be lost from your submissions if the field is deleted. 

    Two pages are opened on my end when I did tests with the Purchase order field.

    For now until this issue is resolved I would suggest you to use default thank you page instead of redirect page. 

    Or leave it as it is, with 2 submit pages, blank page and and your redirect webpage.
